SHIPPING


We never aim to profit from shipping. Shipping rates are simply based on the weight of your order.

How do you ship? We ship USPS Priority Mail.

Can you overnight my order? No. Sorry, we do not offer overnight shipping. 

Do you ship internationally? No, we do not. Please try a parcel forwarding service. Please educate yourself on any fees your country may have. These are your responsibility. ShareOils is absolutely NOT responsible for duties, taxes, etc. If your package is returned to us we will not refund the shipping cost we paid for your order and we will charge a 20% restocking fee.

How long will it take to receive my order?  

Please note all carriers are experiencing delays and reduced tracking information, and ShareOils is not responsible for shipping delays.

We aim to ship orders within 24–48 hours on business days. We ship USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes 2-4 business days, depending on your region. Factors beyond our control such as carrier error, theft, post office holidays (closures such as Presidents Day, etc.), busy postal seasons (think holiday sales), and extreme weather can delay packages. 

Can you ship fedex, UPS or media mail? No, we only ship USPS.

Tracking shows my package has been delivered, but I haven't received it yet. What's going on? USPS tracking can be 24 hours off (more during peak delivery times, holidays, etc.). If your order tracking shows delivered and it has been more than one day, please contact us here

My package is labeled 1 of 2. Where is the other half of my order?  We have had a number of customers receive half of their order, then receive the second half a day or two later. We aren't sure why this is happening, but please be patient and do let us know if you haven't received your entire order within a few days.

RETURN POLICY

At ShareOils, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are experiencing issues with a product please email us with the specifics. Please note that we do not continue to carry items that have issues.

ABOUT PRODUCT


Some of your containers are clear. Shouldn't essential oils always be stored in dark containers?

That's a great question. Current evidence shows that air and heat are more detrimental to oils than light. Here is a great article that discusses this concept.

Are your products compliant?

We're following the Approved Claims List guidelines set by corporate to provide you with safe, third-party sharing tools.

OUR PRODUCTS DO NOT

  • Make medical claims
  • Use brand names or trademarked blend names (we do use terms like Soothing Blend or Protecting Blend). An exception to this is our Earn pad, which cites earning potential for dōterra and makes reference to the term "wellness advocate".
  • Claim that essential oils cure or treat disease
  • Suggest that essential oils can replace medications
  • Picture OTC medications
