Honey Wash
 
Store in our 2 oz dropper bottle
Nourishing and delightful. Not for makeup removal.
• 2 oz. raw honey 
• 5-10 drops essential oils (lavender, geranium, clary sage, or frankincense)
Make it. Combine honey and oil in a small bottle. Apply a thin layer, avoiding eyes. Gently massage. Rinse or let sit as a nourishing mask for a few minutes. 
 
Facial Cleansing Grains
For daily use, all skin types. Use on face and body to clean and gently exfoliate.
• ½ cup finely ground oats
• ½ cup finely ground almonds
• 5 drops essential oil (lavender, geranium, clary sage, or frankincense) 
Make it. Grind oats and almonds to a fine powder individually, then combine all ingredients. Grains will keep indefinitely.
Store in an airtight container. For each use, mix 1–2 teaspoons of the grains with water. Mix into a paste and gently massage onto skin. Rinse. Follow with OCM (optional).
 
Oil cleansing method (OCM)
OIL CLEANSING METHOD (OCM)
MAKE IT: Combine oils for your skin type (see following) in a glass bottle, like our 4 oz pump bottle to easily dispense your cleansing oil. Makes 5 ounces.
For Oily Skin: 3 Tbsp castor oil to 7 Tbsp carrier oil.

For Balanced Skin: 1 Tbsp castor oil to 9 Tbsp carrier oil.

For Dry Skin: 10 Tbsp carrier oil.
TO USE: Dispense a quarter size amount of oil mixture into palm. Massage oil into face for 2–3 minutes. Pores should feel saturated. Start hot water running. Leave the oil on for at least 30 more seconds. 
TO RINSE: Wet a washcloth in hot, but not scalding water. Squeeze out excess water, and lay the cloth on your face. Gently pat; do not scrub. Rinse oil out of cloth, and repeat until skin has just a trace of oil left and feel clean.
 
Clay Wash
Smoothes and removes makeup. Use on face or body. 
• ¼ cup clay powder, such as Redmond
• 5 drops essential oil (lavender, geranium, clary sage, or frankincense)
Make it. Place clay and oil in an airtight container. Shake to combine. Each use, mix a small amount of clay with water. Gently massage. Rinse, or let sit as a nourishing mask for a few minutes. 
 
Facial toner 1
use our 2oz fine mist bottle
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar, such as Bragg’s 
2 Tbsp water (more if skin is sensitive)
4 drops essential oil (such as lavender, geranium, frankincense)
 Make it. Pour ingredients into glass spray bottle. Mist onto clean face.
 
Facial toner 2 / After Shave
use our 2oz fine mist bottle
1 Tbsp witch hazel, such as Thayer’s 
2 Tbsp water (more if skin is sensitive)
4 drops essential oil (such as lavender, geranium, frankincense) FOR After Shave use grounding blend.
 Make it. Pour ingredients into glass spray bottle. Mist onto clean face.
 
Bye Pimple • Roller Bottle

Suggested oils: melaleuca and lavender.
Add oils to bottle and top with FCO or carrier oil of choice. Apply to affected area.
 
Anti-Aging • Roller Bottle

Suggested oils: skin nourishing oils such as frankincense, lavender, geranium, helichrysum, sandalwood, etc.
 Add oils to bottle and top with FCO or carrier oil of choice. Apply to affected area.
 
PIMPLE be GONE
• Pinch of clay powder, such as Redmond
• 1–2 drops of Melaleuca and/or Lavender
Make it. Mix clay and oil into a paste. Apply to pimple and let dry, as long as overnight. Rinse.
 
DIY Detox Mask with essential oils
• 1 teaspoon of clay powder, such as Redmond 
• 3–5 drops essential oil (see chart)
• 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Make it. Mix to a spreadable consistency;
add water if needed. Apply to skin. After
5–10 minutes, wet face and gently massage
to remove.
 
DIY Moisturizing facial oil with essential oils
Store in our 2 oz dropper bottle
Depending on the carrier oils used, this moisturizer may be light and quickly absorbed, or rich-—staying on the skin’s surface longer. You may wish to make a light version for daytime and a richer nighttime blend.
• 2 oz. carrier oil, or blend of carrier oils
(see chart)
• 5 drops essential oil (lavender, geranium, clary sage, or frankincense)
Make it. Combine oils in dark bottle. Add enough essential oils for a fragrance that is noticeable but not too strong. Shake and apply to clean, damp face or body. 
 
DIY Aloe moisturizer with essential oils
Light and dewy, for oily or combination skin.
• 2 Tbsp food-grade aloe vera gel
• 1 Tbsp carrier oil
• 2–5 drops essential oil (lavender, geranium, clary sage, or frankincense)
Make it. Combine ingredients in an airtight container. Shake well and apply to clean, damp face or body.
