TIPS: 
Use distilled or purified water for best results. Where appropriate, witch hazel may be used. 
 

Recipe for Go Away Spray with Essential Oils 
works perfectly with our 16 oz Spray Bottle 
For spiders or flies • 20 drops Peppermint essential oil 

Make it. Add oils to empty spray bottle then fill water. Shake and spray on surfaces or into the air. 

Recipe for DIY Clean Up Spray with Essential Oils 
works perfectly with our 16 oz Spray Bottle 
• 1/2 cup white vinegar 
• 1/2 cup hydrogen peroxide (optional, can be replaced with water)
• 10 drops melaleuca 
• 10 drops essential oil (such as lemon, melaleuca, thyme, or basil)
• A few drops of liquid dish soap  
Make it. Add ingredients to 16 oz. spray bottle and fill with water. Shake and spray on surfaces. Wipe clean. 

Yoga Mat Mist 
Works great with our 4oz fine mist bottle 
3 oz. water 
5 drops each lavender and melaleuca essential oils
Make it. Combine ingredients in bottle. Shake well. Spray onto mat to fight germs. Wipe dry.

Pillow and Linen Spray 
Works great with our 4oz fine mist bottle 
3 oz. water 
10 drops each lavender and cedarwood essential oils.
Make it. Combine ingredients in bottle. Shake well. Spray onto mat to fight germs. Wipe dry.

Germs Be Gone 
use our 2oz fine mist bottle 
10 drops Protecting blend, lemon, melaleuca OR other germ fighting oils fo your choice. 
optional-add a teaspoon of FCO, aloe, or glycerin. 
Make it. Pour ingredients into small glass spray bottle. Top with water. Mist onto hands. 

Produce Cleaning Spray 
use our 2oz fine mist bottle 
20 drops lemon essential oil 
Make it. Pour ingredients into small glass spray bottle. Top with water. Generously mist onto produce. Allow to sit 5 minutes then rinse clean.

Clean Closet Spray 
Works great with our 4oz fine mist bottle 
3 oz. water 
10 drops each lavender and cedar wood (prevents moths) essential oils.
Make it. Combine ingredients in bottle. Shake well. 

Shoe Refresh Spray 
Works great with our 4oz fine mist bottle 
3 oz. water 
10 drops each melaleuca and thyme essential oils.
Make it. Combine ingredients in bottle. Shake well. Spray into stinky shoes and allow to dry thoroughly.

Door Knob Spray 
Works great with our 4oz fine mist bottle 
3 oz. water 
20 drops protecting blend OR lemon essential oil.
Make it. Combine ingredients in bottle. Shake well. Spray onto germ surfaces.

Room Refresh Spray 
Works great with our 4oz fine mist bottle 
3 oz. water 
10 drops essential oils of your choice, such as: lemon, lime, grapefruit, spearmint, cilantro, purify.
Make it. Combine ingredients in bottle. Shake well. 

Goo Be Gone Spray 
Works great with our 1/2 oz fine mist bottle 
30 drops each lemon and orange essential oils.
Make it. Combine oils in bottle. Shake well. Spray onto sticky surfaces. This essential oil mixture can be topped with FCO if desired. In some cases the FCO may help remove goo.

Grease Cutting Spray 
use our 2oz fine mist bottle 
20 drops lemon essential oil 
A few drops of liquid dish soap
Make it. Pour ingredients into small glass spray bottle. Top with water or vinegar. Mist onto surfaces. Allow to sit 5 minutes then wipe clean.

Stain Remover Spray 
use our 2oz fine mist bottle 
20 drops lemon essential oil 
1/2 oz liquid dish soap
1 oz hydrogen peroxide
Make it. Pour ingredients into spray bottle. Mist onto stains. Allow to sit at least 5 minutes then wash out. TEST a small area on delicate or special items. Should be color safe, but please check first.

Buzz Off Bug Spray 
use our 2oz fine mist bottle 
10 drops Lavender, Peppermint, Lemongrass, or Cedarwood 
optional-add a teaspoon of FCO, aloe, or glycerin. 
Make it. Pour ingredients into small glass spray bottle. Top with water. Mist onto skin. 

Immune + • Roller Bottle 
choose a roller bottle here
Suggested oils: immune supporting oils such as frankincense, protecting blend, melissa, etc.
Add oils to bottle and top with FCO or carrier oil of choice. Apply to bottoms of feet.

Sweet Dreams • Roller Bottle

Suggested oils: cedar wood, lavender, balance, serenity, juniper berry
Add oils to bottle and top with FCO or carrier oil of choice. Apply to bottoms of feet.

Digest + • Roller Bottle

Suggested oils: orange, fennel, ginger or a digestive blend
Add oils to bottle and top with FCO or carrier oil of choice. Apply to belly around belly button.
