If amounts are unspecified,
for 1 oz mists and sprays use about 10 drops of Essential oils.
For 10 ml roller bottles use 5-10 drops. Use less oil for little ones-see our kids pad for guidelines
When adding water, distilled water is recommended as tap water can contain bacteria. Natural witch hazel is another option.
DO NOT use in eyes, ears, or on mucous membranes.
SHAKE WELL before using.

Sea Salt Texture Spray
use our 4oz fine mist bottle
3 oz. hot water
1 T sea salt
1 t FCO
4 drops EO
Make it. Dissolve salt in water, heating over stove if needed. Cool. Combine remaining ingredients, add to bottle. Spray onto damp hair. Style as desired.
Soft Hold Hair Spray
use our 4oz fine mist bottle
3 oz. hot water
1-2 t sugar (more sugar=stronger hold)
4 drops EO
Make it. Dissolve sugar in water, heating over stove if needed. Cool. Combine remaining ingredients, add to bottle. Spray lightly onto hair. Allow to dry. Add more layers if stronger hold is desired, allow hair to dry between each layer.
Leave in Conditioning Spray
use our 4oz fine mist bottle
3 oz. hot water
1 T FCO or conditioner
4 drops EO
Make it. Combine ingredients in bottle. Shake well. Spray onto the ends of hair.
Facial toner 1
use our 2oz fine mist bottle
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar, such as Bragg’s
2 Tbsp water (more if skin is sensitive)
4 drops essential oil (such as lavender, geranium, frankincense)
Make it. Pour ingredients into glass spray bottle. Mist onto clean face.
Facial toner 2 / After Shave
use our 2oz fine mist bottle
1 Tbsp witch hazel, such as Thayer’s
2 Tbsp water (more if skin is sensitive)
4 drops essential oil (such as lavender, geranium, frankincense) FOR After Shave use grounding blend.
Make it. Pour ingredients into glass spray bottle. Mist onto clean face.
Under Arm Spray
use our 2oz fine mist bottle
About 2 oz of witch hazel, such as Thayer’s
1 Tbsp magnesium oil
10 drops of essential oil (such as lavender, melaleuca, geranium, frankincense, cedarwood, or a blend of your choice)
Make it. Pour magnesium oil and essential oils to bottle. top with witch hazel. Shake and spray under arms. Use within 6 months.
After Sun Spray
use our 2oz fine mist bottle
10 drops Lavender
10 drops Peppermint
optional-add a teaspoon of FCO, aloe, or glycerin.
Make it. Pour ingredients into glass spray bottle. Top with water. Mist onto skin.
Germs Be Gone
use our 2oz fine mist bottle
10 drops Protecting blend, lemon, melaleuca OR other germ fighting oils fo your choice.
optional-add a teaspoon of FCO, aloe, or glycerin.
Make it. Pour ingredients into small glass spray bottle. Top with water. Mist onto hands.
Face and Body Oil
use our 4oz pump bottle
10-20 drops skin nourishing oils such as frankincense, lavender, geranium, helichrysum, sandalwood, etc.
4 oz of a skin nourishing carrier oil such as avocado, grapeseed, FCO, argan, etc.
Make it. Pour ingredients into small glass spray bottle. Top with water. Mist onto hands.
Tangle Taming Spray
use our 2oz fine mist bottle
10 drops Lavender
2 teaspoons natural glycerin
optional-add a teaspoon of FCO
Make it. Pour ingredients into small glass spray bottle. Top with water. Mist onto tangles, brush gently.
Buzz Off Bug Spray
use our 2oz fine mist bottle
10 drops Lavender, Peppermint, Lemongrass, or Cedarwood
optional-add a teaspoon of FCO, aloe, or glycerin.
Make it. Pour ingredients into small glass spray bottle. Top with water. Mist onto skin.
Bye Pimple • Roller Bottle

Suggested oils: melaleuca and lavender.
Add oils to bottle and top with FCO or carrier oil of choice. Apply to affected area.
